Beau's First T-Ball Game!

At least two evenings of every week, we are hanging out the ball fields. This has been Beau and Cade's first year playing T-Ball, and its been fun times for the whole family. The first few photos are of Beau's play, catching the ball and throwing the ball back to home. Please excuse these shots...sports photography is uncharted territory for this amateur.

Ah, the taste of victory!

Cade's First Game!

After only participating in one practice, we were unsure if Cade would even want to play T-Ball. But after seeing his big brother play, Cade was all for it! And just like big brother, Cade also made his first play during his first game!

Handsome Little Men

Well, here they are. My sweet little men. I have been wanting to shoot them (figuratively) at a few different locations during the summer months, and here are a few (he he!) from the first two locations. A Confederate Battlefield and Carter's Creek Antiques. I am very pleased with the results and the boys obliged their mother as much as they could tolerate!:)  Soon, I will go on location again with the "toots"...and post those as well.
A Cicada..more details later.

Our Dot Dot

If you know me, or my boys, you know we love our Dot Dot. We especially love it when Dot Dot comes up for a visit. And so she did this past week! We have spent such good quality time with her, and have cherished every moment of it. I took advantage of this time by taking some pictures of her and the boys...with of course, the promise of ice cream afterwards. Hey, with 95+ degrees and 100% humidity, you would want ice cream too! The boys did fabulous and Dot Dot, as always, photographs beautifully.

Dot Dot, a beauty inside and out.

Getting ready to hike up a steep hill. I am blessed to have an 82 year old grandma that can still keep up with us.
Kisses for Dot Dot
more kisses.
My favorite.
